In my opinion, the instant messages are useful when you want to give short messages but for many people it is better to make phone calls because you can hear the tone of voice and expressions of the other person.

Using the instant messaging is really fun, because it is easy to qrite something you can not say normally, like jokes or comments,and text messaging is cheaper than other kinds of comunications, also you can be connected with your friends even if they go to the other side of the world¡¡¡, another good thing is that you can leave messages on the mailbox, if your friend is not connected,and you can talk all night if you want, all for free... and in the instant messaging you can also send videos or picture link directions.
On the other hand you can not see the person on the other side, and you always need a computer and also electricity and the most important.. an internet connection¡¡¡ and you can not look the real emotions of the other person. =(
In conclusion, text messaging is very useful to be connected with your people, but it never replaces a real conversation. But the worst thing about it is that teachers can ask you to send homeworks using it¡¡¡ =).....

However the principal disadvantage of this application is the contractions because a lot of Youngers wrote all of text in contractions and the adults’ doesn´t understand it. However the adults doesn´t teach pretty well this topic and written a lot of words and spend all messages.
Conclusions
In my opinion the text messaging is the principal implement in the cell phones and I used it every day to communicate with my son and my daughter. I think so this implement is the best in all cell phones because is necessary for a lot of people for all topics.

Most people think that cell phones are cheaper than conventional calls and when have emergencies phone calls are quicklier than a text message. Other advantages are that cell phone can be used in the office, school, work and trips and phone calls allow to feel people`s emotions.

Text messages are very useful and fun. They are more private than a call phone and less embarrasing than talking on a public phone. Also, they are more convenient because you can write to anyone from anywhere.
However, text messages are also annoying, because when you receive a text message, cell phone noise interrupts a meeting or dinner.
Sometimes, people write with symbols and the other person does not understand and people are also less polite when writing a text message.
In my opinion, text messages are convenient when you are traveling to any place and need to contact with someone, but they are less personal and very informal.

Disadvantages.

Advantages of text messaging
Most of the time the Youngers communicate by text messaging for example Jack wrote to Mike about the Math´s homework or Andrew wrote to his boss about the taxes.
These days the text messaging is the principal implement in all cell phones around the world and is the principal form to communicate between people, friends, co-workers etc.
A few people doesn´t used it because they only call your friends, and this percentage of people is old people.
Disadvantages of text messaging
However the principal disadvantage of this application is the contractions because a lot of Youngers wrote all of text in contractions and the adults’ doesn´t understand it.
However the adults doesn´t teach pretty well this topic and written a lot of words and spend all messages.

known as the advantages and disadvantages my opinion on that but I use instant messaging is that it is ideal for any type of employment for work or fun, also provided a means to enable communication and information management among a group of individuals will be more beneficial that harmful. Using e-mail service you can write a lenghthy text and to attach heavy files. People can be connected all day if they have a computer at their disposition, they could organizad the files and restrict spam or unwanted emails. With e-mail service you can send e-mails anywhere in the world and send them to many contacs at once. This can be considered advantageous in certain way.
However this has some disavantages. For example people do not always have immediate access to their e-mail and sometimes the internet connection fails, it is also possible that the information maybe hacked. It is not advisable to use e-mail service for emergencies because some people do not check their e-mail often.
In conclution, I can say that e-mail service has its pros and cons. People just have to be very careful with the passwords and their personal information.

E-mail is cheap and discreet. It is very helpful and easy to use. It is quick. You can send any file, such as: images, videos and document in word. And you can check messages, at any hour and place of the world.
However, you can receive virus in your computer, through mails doubtful. People must know about computation to can read a e-mail and the addressee must have access to Internet. You can receive a lot of spam, it is bad because fill the inbox and it wastes time. E-mail facilitates the information steal. Sometimes e-mail does not have a good electronic network. And with e-mail you can never see or hear the other person.
In my opinion, e-mail is better than regular mail and phone calls. E-mail is very useful and it is easy to keep in touch with people. Moreover it provides information to large number of Internet users.
